Celebrity restaurants mean business when it comes to cooking to perfection and these top chefs gained their notoriety by creating the meals we crave.

They wield meat cleavers like a surgeon handles a scalpel and skillfully work their kitchen magic. And they do it every day just for us, at these 5 world-class restaurants. So pull up a chair, tuck in that napkin and let’s get started.

Gordon Ramsey
Pub & Grill at Caesars Palace
Las Vegas, Nevada

Las Vegas is a mecca for foodies and some of the leading top celebrity chefs call Vegas home (last count was 40).

One of the leading celebrity restaurants, as well as the most authentic English pub experiences, can be found at Gordon Ramsay’s 290-seat restaurant at Caesars Palace.

In fact, it was voted 2015’s Best British Pub by Las Vegas Review-Journal.

The centerpiece is its bar, which serves 36 beers on tap plus another 63 bottled brands. The 290-seat Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill is the most authentic English pub experience in Las Vegas, as only a native UK chef can provide.

The space is comprised of two unique restaurants in one, a mix conceptualized by the award-winning “Hell’s Kitchen” host and chef himself.

Like many celebrity chefs, Gordon Ramsey has his own line of cookware and you can even learn to cook like him with these courses.

Le Bernardin
New York, New York

In terms of French dining and seafood, Le Bernardin is legendary in New York.

The original Le Bernardin opened modestly in Paris in 1972 by siblings Maguy and Gilbert LeCoze and quickly became one of Paris’ best restaurants, earning them a Michelin star four years later.

Under the helm of Maguy LeCoze and super-chef Éric Ripert, of Food Network, Treme and multiple James Beard awards fame, Le Bernardin continues to serve ingenious reimaginings of classic French seafood dishes.

Dinner by Heston Blumenthal
London, UK

Flying across the pond, we land at Heston Blumenthal’s restaurant. Opened in January 2011, it gained a Michelin star within a year and would probably be flooded with celebrity foodies if the place wasn’t so far from the sunny shores of California.

In April 2014 Dinner by Heston Blumenthal was listed fifth on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants in Restaurant magazine. It received a second star in 2014.

The interior at this celebrity eatery has been conceived as a subtle, elegant portrait – contemporary and innovative, yet mindful of tradition.

The dining room features floor-to-ceiling glass walls, giving diners a view of the kitchen and its unique pulley system.

Modeled after a version used by the royal court, the pulleys rotate the spit over an open fire.

The ivory-painted walls are decorated with custom-made porcelain wall sconces in the shape of antique jelly molds.

And of course, we get the uninterrupted views of Hyde Park bringing the connection to history’s full circle.

We’re probably not going out on a limb to assume reservations will take some time, just like some of their well-known Los Angeles brethren.

Richard Blais
The Crack Shack
Costa Mesa, California

Richard Blais is a well-known chef who gained notoriety as a powerhouse contestant on Bravo’s Top Chef. Blais was the runner up in Top Chef Season 4 and the winner of Top Chef: All-Stars.

He has gone on to become a recurring judge on Top Chef, Master Chef, Master Chef Junior, and Cutthroat Kitchen.

Out of the brave culinary coop comes everybody’s favorite animal that crossed the road, reimagined — Southern California fried chicken and egg. In the sunny SoCal spirit, this celebrity restaurant offers inspired cuisine, spacious ambiance, lawn games, and craft drinks.

Not too far up the road in Los Angeles, there’s some great chicken sandwich street food.

Bryan Caswell
Reef
Houston, Texas

The restaurant’s sterling reputation owes much to the skills of Caswell, a chef, restaurateur and Iron Chef competitor who worked in New York, Hong Kong and Barcelona before coming to Houston.

Caswell seasons freshest-of-fresh gulf snapper, yellowfin tuna, redfish and other delicacies of the sea with spices such as Sriracha, mustard jus, and chili oil, then pairs the results with the likes of fried mac ‘n’ cheese and lemon risotto.

Word on the streets is that Caswell’s back to making the salmon risotto dish like he did in 2012 and folks couldn’t be happier. It literally melts in your mouth.

Reef has become the Houston standard for Gulf Coast cuisine. Since 2007, Reef has garnered many accolades including multiple James Beard Award nominations, Best Seafood in the US by Bon Appetite, Best New Chef from Food and Wine and many more.
